Concerned about potentially harmful ingredients and neurotoxins in our personal and household products, we decided to make the switch to a more natural approach some time ago. We were determined to find healthy natural alternatives without neurotoxins, toxic chemicals, or harmful preservatives. However, the search for products that met that simple criteria AND lived up to its promises was frustrating, to say the least. We decided to expand our research and study and became certified Aromatherapists and Naturopaths in the process.
The idea of making our own products became increasingly appealing as we grew in our knowledge and desire to provide truly healthy, non-toxic, effective skincare. As Christians, we understand that God designed the body to heal and rejuvenate itself without the use of toxic chemicals. Why Use Facial Oils?
The natural oil you massage into your skin will dissolve the oil that has hardened with impurities and is clogging your pores. The steam will open those pores, allowing the oil to be easily removed. Following with an oil-based serum and/or moisturizer patted over damp skin will provide the necessary lubrication to keep your skin from over-compensating in oil production.
