Contains: wild yam, organic chasteberries, and organic oils and butter to give it a creamy whipped feel.

Use: Massage small pea-sized amount of cream into soft tissue, once or twice per day. Rotate the application site daily and refrain from use for seven days at the onset of menstruation.
